2024: Padmam, a vegetarian fine dining restaurant launched
at Saligramam, This will be the Padmam
chain’s second vegetarian restaurant, following their first in T.Nagar. Padmam
promises that even the picky eaters in Chennai will have a memorable vegetarian
feast. The Saligramam restaurant was inaugurated by Padmam Restaurant
management team and Film Director KS. Ravikumar.
The cuisine, crafted by in-house
chefs, features a symphony of South Indian flavours reinterpreted for the
fine-dining palette. Diners can enjoy a variety of excellent vegetarian dishes
that highlight the region’s rich culinary tradition and are made using
seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Speaking at the event, Film Director KS. Ravi Kumar said
that “the Saligramam neighbourhood, which is home to multiple studios, is
fortunate to have the new Padmam Restaurant. Vegetarian foods are booming in
popularity as more and more people seek out healthier and more sustainable
dietary choices. I love that the creators are changing the vegetarian cuisine
game with their unique and tasty creations.”

ample dining space, Padmam’s ambience reflects a harmonious blend of tradition
