20th October 2023, Chennai: Sensodyne, a leading oral care brand from the house of Haleon
(erstwhile GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare), is organizing a series of free dental
camps across India in October 2023 as part of its World Dentist’s Day activations. With
these camps, Sensodyne aims to provide free quality access to pro-active dental care,
showcasing the importance of oral health and thereby the criticality of dentists, in our
everyday lives.
Sensodyne is organizing a total of 500+ free dental camps across community centres,
non-metro areas, dental colleges, and regular dental clinics, in multiple cities across
India. By doing these camps, Sensodyne is providing support to over 25,000 patients,
enabling them to be more aware about their oral health and conditions such as sensitivity,
gum health, cavities, and enamel erosion. By setting up these free camps, Sensodyne is
trying to enable better access for dental care.
These camps will be hosted in multiple locations with renowned dentists in Chennai,
targeting hundreds of patients and creating awareness on basic dental hygiene and oral
care by encouraging Indians to be sensitive towards their oral health. The details are as

The camps will also aim to educate consumers on the importance of incorporating oral
hygiene into one’s daily self-care routine and raise awareness about common dental
conditions like tooth sensitivity, gum problems, cavities, enamel erosion etc., and how to
manage them.
