as renowned Chef Sanjeev Kapoor hosted an exclusive Masterclass on Saturday, 23 rd November
2024, showcasing his culinary expertise to over 1,000 eager food enthusiasts. The session was a
perfect blend of simplicity and sophistication, as Chef Sanjeev Kapoor demonstrated how to create
restaurant-style dishes that anyone can make at home.
Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, a renowned restaurateur, cookbook author, and founder of the FoodFood
channel, also known for his groundbreaking work on the popular TV show Khana Khazana, took

Masterclass included the Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl, Burrata Palak with Garlic Crisp, Roasted
Pepper Pasta, Saffron Millet Risotto with Grilled Veggies, Caramel Baked Yogurt, Flavours of
Hummus, Pav Bhaji Fondue, Steam Chicken Porcupine, Thai-Style Chicken and Cashew Nut Stir-Fry,
