Culinary Master Class by Sarah Todd focussed on Pasta and Indian dishes.
Chennai, June 15th, 2024: Celebrity Chef Sarah Todd unveiled the Phoenix Shopping Festival 2024 today amid much fanfare. She conducted an exclusive two-hour MasterClass in Lower Ground Floor Palladium, Chennai focussing on pasta and Indian dishes, which saw the participation of 200+ enthusiastic women.
The Australian celebrity chef, model, restaurateur, and cookbook author cooked three signature dishes – Prawn Farce with spice, confit prawns with chat masala salsa and spiced prawn blanc during the Master Class and also interacted with the guests during the ‘Meet and Greet’ event. Her charismaand extraordinary culinary skill kept the participants engaged through the session.
Sharing her thoughts about the event, Sarah Todd said, “It is heart-warming to see so many participants attend my Master Class. My association with India has immensely influenced my cooking style. I use the best of both cuisines – Indian and French – and what comes out is a beautiful fusion. I have a deep connect with India and that reflects in my cooking.”
