School, Thuraipakkam Emerge as Winners in CKL Season 3~

Chennai, 14 October 2023: LatentView Analytics Chennai Kaalpandhu League Season 3 2023 saw
Chennai Boys Higher Secondary School, Saidapet 2 and Government Higher Secondary School,
Thuraipakkam emerge as Winners that concluded on October 14, 2023 at YMCA Grounds, Nandanam,
Chennai. This league had a total of 18 matches in the group phase and 24 matches by both the girls and
boys team in a round-robin format from October 09, 2023 onwards.
The girls finals was played between Government Higher Secondary School, Thuraipakkam and
Government Higher Secondary School, Perunugudi. The boys finals was played between Chennai boys
Higher Secondary School, Saidapet 2 and Madarasha Asam Government High School, Annasalai.
With 18 teams ( 12 Boys & 7 Girls teams) playing this season, the overall league tournament saw Master
Sai Santhosh from Chennai Boys Higher Secondary School, Saidapet 2 and Miss Swetha from
Government Higher Secondary School Thuraipakkam scoring maximum number of goals – 12 & 9 each in
the overall tournament.
The prize distribution ceremony saw, Padma Shri Achanta Sharath Kamal, Khel Ratna & Arjuna Awardee
– Table Tennis Player Commonwealth & Asian Game medalist and Ms. Elavenil Valarivan, Arjuna
Awardee & ISSF Junior – Air Riffle Champion Junior World Cup & Championship medalist. Ms. Pramad
Jandhyala, Co-Founder, LatentView Analytics was also present at the prize distribution ceremony.

சைனாவில் நடந்த 19வது ஆசிய விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகளில் வெற்றி பெற்ற நித்யா ராமராஜ் அவர்களுக்கு ரெட் ஜெயன்ட் மூவிஸ் M.செண்பகமூர்த்தி பரிசு வழங்கி பாராட்டு.  

கோயம்புத்தூரில் ஏழைத்தாயுடன் எளிமையான குடும்பமாக வாழ்ந்து வரும் வித்யா, நித்யா,இந்த இரட்டையர்கள் இருவரும், சிறு வயது முதலே விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகளில் சிறப்பாக செயல்பட்டு வருகிறார்கள். இவர்களின் திறமையறிந்து சென்னை மாவட்ட  மூத்தோர் தடகள சங்கத்தின் தலைவர்,திரு M.செண்பகமூர்த்தி, இருவரையும் ஊக்கப்படுத்தி, பல உதவிகள் செய்து வருகிறார். ஆசிய போட்டிகளில் இவர்கள் கலந்து கொள்வதற்கு ,அவர்களுக்கு தேவையான காலணி முதல் பல பரிசுகளை வழங்கி  உதவிகளைச் செய்துள்ளார்.

ஆசிய போட்டியில் வித்யா 400 மீட்டரில் தங்கப்பதக்கம் வாங்கி சாதித்ததுடன் மேலும் பல சாதனைகள் செய்துள்ளார். நித்யா 400 மீட்டர் தடை தாண்டி ஓடுதல் போட்டியில் கலந்துகொண்டு வெண்கல மெடல் பரிசும், 400 மீட்டர் தொடர் ஓட்டத்தில் வெள்ளி பதக்கம் மற்றும், 400 மீட்டர் கலப்பு ஓட்டத்தில் சில்வர் மெடல் பெற்று சாதனை செய்துள்ளார். ஆசிய போட்டிகளில் மட்டுமல்லாது தேசிய அளவிலான போட்டிகளிலும் தமிழகம் சார்பில் இந்த இரட்டையர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு, பல சாதனைகள் படைத்து வருகிறார்கள். சமீபத்தில் தேசிய அளவில் மாநிலங்களுக்கு இடையிலான போட்டியில் கலந்து கொண்ட நித்யா 56.01 நொடிகளில் ஓட்ட தூரத்தை கடந்து, சாதனை செய்துள்ளார். மேலும் ஓட்ட  வீராங்கனை பி டி உஷா செய்த இந்த சாதனையை வித்யா சமன் செய்துள்ளார். என்பது மகிழ்ச்சியான செய்தி.

திரு M.செண்பகமூர்த்தி அவர்கள், சாதனை செய்த இந்த இரட்டை வீராங்கனைகளை அழைத்துப் பாராட்டியதுடன் அவர்களுக்கு நிதி உதவியையும் விளையாட்டு போட்டிகளுக்குக்குத் தேவையான உபகரணங்களையும் பரிசாக வழங்கி கௌரவித்துள்ளார்…தொடர்ந்து ஏழ்மை நிலையில் உள்ள விளையாட்டு துறையில் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு எப்போதும் தாங்கள் உதவுவோம் என்றும் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் அவர்களை அனுப்பி வைத்தார் ..

CII – Young Indians (Yi) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) Join Forces for a Cause.

 Chennai, October 5, 2023: Cricket is not just a game but an emotion for Indians.
Leveraging upon this fact, CII—Young Indians (Yi)—has set off on a glorious
journey to battle the pressing issue of child sexual abuse in India. Yesterday, the
organisation announced an exciting collaboration with the most prestigious and
successful IPL team, Chennai Super Kings (CSK), for its upcoming Play for Cause
Game, Yi Masoom Cup 2023. The partnership, announced at the Tamil Nadu
Cricket Association (TNCA) in Chepauk, will see an exhibition league match
between the Yi National Team and CSK to raise awareness about child
abuse—physical and digital—and to serve to educate the public about the
Masoom vertical of Yi and its commitment to protecting children from the
damaging effects of sexual and other forms of abuse. 
The event witnessed the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Indian Premier
League (IPL) franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Mr. Kasi Viswanathan, signing
the partnership with CII-Young Indians (Yi). Mr. Viswanathan has been an integral
part of team management ever since the inception of the league and the
franchise in 2008. The partnership ceremony was also graced by the gracious
presence of Dr. P. Ashok Sigamani, President, Tamil Nadu Cricket Association
(TNCA). There was a strong turnout of media professionals, sports enthusiasts,
and advocates for child protection at the event. During the press meet, key
representatives from the Young Indians and Chennai Super Kings shared insights
into the Masoom Cup initiative, its objectives, the impact it aims to create, and
their commitment to working together for a safer future for children. 
This significant partnership comes in the wake of rising physical and digital child
abuse cases. Chennai Super Kings, associating itself with Yi Masoom Vertical and
its cause, will surely open a colossal platform to eradicate the social taboo
attached to child sexual abuse among the team’s fans in India and abroad. The
team-up looks forward to enormous media hype and massive viewership,

attracting a diverse audience from all walks of life and garnering support for this
vital cause for children. 
Sharing his immense excitement about the partnership, Mr. Dilip Krishna, Yi
National Chairman, says, “An abused child is a lost citizen to our nation; securing
our children is our primary responsibility to build a strong future. This is the
grandest platform that the Masoom initiative can gain, and it gives me great pride
to be taking the right step towards spreading awareness about child abuse, both
physical and digital, with all stakeholders and what better way to engage all
stakeholders for the cause than sports, especially cricket” 
The Yi Masoom Cup, recently inaugurated by the star cricketer Bhubaneshwar
Kumar, is named after Young Indians’s Project Masoom. It aims to get more than
55 Yi chapter cricket teams across India to play and amplify the vertical across all
cultures, languages, and social biases to secure children’s futures.

About Masoom: The Yi Masoom Project aims to uproot child abuse, both physical
