CURTAIN RAISER –
Basically, Garfield is an American comic strip created by Jim Davis which chronicles the life of the title character Garfield the cat, his human owner Jon Arbuckle, and Odie the dog. So far, 5 movies have hit the screens in the Garfield franchise-Garfield: The Movie (2004), Garfield: A Tail of 2 Kitties (2006), Garfield Goes Real (2007), Garfield’s Fun Fest (2008) & Garfield’s Pet Force (2009). The Garfield Movie is the 6th in the series.
SYNOPSIS–
Garfield (voiced by Chris Pratt), the world-famous indoor cat, is about to have a wild outdoor adventure! After an unexpected reunion with his long-lost father – a street cat Vic (voiced by Samuel L. Jackson) – Garfield and his dog friend Odie (voiced by Harvey Guillen) are forced from their perfectly pampered life into joining Vic in a hilarious, high-stakes heist!
