1, பெரிய நடிகர்களின் படம் 8 வாரம் கழித்தும். அதுக்கு அடுத்து வரிசையில் உள்ள நடிகர்களில் படம் 6 வாரங்கள் கழித்தும் OTT யில் திரை இடும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
2, தமிழ் திரைப்படங்கள் இந்தியா முழுவதும் ஒரே நேரத்தில் தான் திரையிடப்பட வேண்டும்.
3, சில மாநிலங்களில் முன்னதாக திரையிடப்படுவதால் தமிழகத்தில் வசூலில் பெரும் பாதிப்பு ஏற்படுகிறது
அரசாங்க கவனத்திற்கு
1, திரையரங்குகளில் பராமரிப்பு கட்டணத்தை அனுமதி கட்டணத்தில் இருந்து 10% வசூலிக்க அனுமதி தர வேண்டுகிறோம்.
மல்டிப்ளக்ஸ் திரையரங்குகளுக்கு: ரூ.250 வரையும் A/C திரையரங்குகளுக்கு: ரூ.200 வரையும் NON A/C திரையரங்குகளுக்கு: ரூ. 150 வரையும் என்று கட்டணம் நிர்ணயித்து கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று பணிவுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்
2, நம் பக்கத்து மாநிலங்களில் உள்ளபடி 24 மணி நேரமும் திரைப்படங்கள் திரையிட அனுமதி உள்ளது. அதுபோல் தமிழ்நாட்டிலும் இது போன்ற அனுமதிகள் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும். திரையரங்குகளில் இத்தனை காட்சி தான் திரையிட வேண்டும் என்று கட்டுப்பாடு இல்லாமல் திரையிட அனுமதி தர வேண்டும்.
3, Operator License க்கு தாங்கள் புதிய வழிமுறையை வகுத்து தந்தீர்கள். அது தெளிவாக இல்லாததால் அதை வைத்து எந்த பலனும் நாங்கள் அடையவில்லை.ஆகவே அதை மாற்றி நாங்கள் கேட்டது போல் Operator License தேவையில்லை அல்லது எளிய முறையில் Operator License தரும்படி கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
4, MALL ளில் உள்ள திரையரங்குகளில் Commercial Activity க்கு அனுமதி வழங்கியது போல் மற்ற திரையரங்குகளுக்கும் Commercial Activity க்கு அனுமதி வழங்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
5, மின் கட்டணத்தை MSME விதிகளை பின்பற்றி திரையரங்குகள் MSME இன் கீழ் வருவதால் MSME விதிபடி எங்களுக்கு கட்டணங்கள் வசூலிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
மேற்கண்ட கோரிக்கைகளை நீங்கள் நிறைவேற்றி கொடுத்தால் திரையரங்குகள் நஷமின்றி நடத்த முடியும். நாங்கள் மிகவும் சிரமமான சூழ்நிலையில் உள்ளதால் இந்த கோரிக்கைகளை நிறைவேற்றித் தரும்படி மிகத் தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
