Chennai, February 07, 2023: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’
Associations of India – Chennai Chapter (CREDAI Chennai), the apex body of Real
Estate Developers, will organize the 15 th edition of its annual flagship property and
real-estate exhibition “FAIRPRO 2023” from 17th to 19th February 2023 at Chennai
Trade Centre, Nandambakkam. The Honorable Chief Minister Of Tamil Nadu Thiru.
M. K Stalin will be inaugurating the FAIRPRO 2023, the largest real estate event
organized by the developers.
FAIRPRO 2023, the most anticipated property event in the calendar of home buyers,
real estate investors, developers and bankers will feature more than 60 developers
showcasing nearly 15000 dwelling units in the price range of Rs 20 Lakhs to Rs 10
Crores, catering to buyers from different segments with lucrative pricing and
offerings across different house segments. As a precursor to the grand event, a home
loan mela will be held between February 10 and February 12 at Vijaya Mahal, T Nagar
where homebuyers can get their home loans pre-approved and avail of maximum
funding.
Speaking about FAIRPRO 2023, Mr. S Sivagurunathan, President, CREDAI Chennai
said “All projects under FAIRPRO 2023 have received approval from and are
registered with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA), giving
homebuyers complete peace of mind. In light of this, the expo has gained recognition
as “a very credible destination to buy a property with a wide variety of dwelling
units/Plots/Commercial Spaces available to select from.”
This year, we are also exploring ways to enhance the occasion, strengthen our bonds and
deepen our connection with all of our stakeholders who have reposed immense faith in us,

Mr. P Kruthivas , Convener, FAIRPRO 2023, termed the event as the largest platform to
meet the target audience in B2B and B2C segments. We expect to surpass the
overwhelming response seen in the previous editions as the market is on an upswing. We
expect both developers and homebuyers to immensely benefit from this edition of
FAIRPRO, he explained.
