AZUBHA – A Platform for Honoring Unsung Heroes

CHENNAI: Recognising the unrecognised is an art and this art has been
perfected by an organisation called Azubha Management founded by an
enterprising woman Azubha YA, who has set her goals high in her
professional career.
Achievers Award 2023: The company acts as a platform to recognise the
unrecognised and be a voice to make their achievements heard by people
across all spectrum. So far, the company has successfully recognised 380
plus brands across south India. “We are a recognition platform to showcase
the achievements of unsung heroes and make them see the spotlight. For
the Achiever’s Award 2023–Season 4, we have recognised achievers from
various parts of Tamil Nadu with a district wise recognition for Businesses
and Talented individuals,” says Azubha with a sense of pride .
Chief guests: The flagship event was graced by three entrepreneurial
achievers– V K T Balan, Chairman and Managing Director, Madura Travel
Service, C K Kumaravel, CEO, Naturals Salon & Spa and Rajkamal, an
actor, who also gave away the prestigious awards to achievers for making
their mark in different  fields.
Taraka mantra: Face everything and rise with no fear seems to be the
taraka mantra of the founder Azubha. 
Hard work and dedication: It all comes with the relentless pursuit of hard
work and a dedication to bring in the best in the chosen area by Azubha,
who has made her entrepreneurial debut with a determination to scale new
heights.

Needed excitement: “I did not like mundane things in life and I needed
excitement to do something different. So, I took the job of recognising
achievers in business and other fileds and make them see their true
potential in life.  
Boss in her own right: Azubha became a boss in her own right and
explored new ways of keeping herself engaged in a profession that is so
demanding and evolving itself in so many ways.
Determined to do something different: Though many people discouraged
Azubha initially not to take a giant step, she was determined to do
